While this may sound like an exaggeration it has been proven by various scientific studies that excess belongings incorrectly stored can lead to additional unwanted stress.

Clear the Clutter

The solution to clearing this space should be shifting it to a new location i.e. a storage unit. Although we would be happy to rent one to you. The first port of call should be attempting to clear some of this by working through what you actually want or need.

This could be a great opportunity to make some money as unwanted items can be sold on sites such as eBay or locally at car boot sales. Or you could help your local charity shop with donations.

The next step is to shift your mindset when it comes to new purchases. Think at the time of purchase where it is actually needed or necessary? It could just be an impulse purchase. Changing this mindset can keep your house in order and you bank account in the green! So a win win!
